Legal Agreement and Binding Nature

By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

- • Transmitting spam, malware, or harmful content
4 Indemnification Obligations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Interfacia, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
This indemnification obligation survives termination of your relationship with Interfacia and applies to claims arising during or after your use of our services.
5 Age Restrictions and Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and enroll in courses. If you're under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERFACIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or ¥10,000, whichever is greater.
Exclusion of Consequential Damages
Under no circumstances shall Interfacia be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business opportunities, loss of expected savings, loss of goodwill, or loss of data, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Force Majeure Provisions
Interfacia shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or interruptions in telecommunications or internet services. In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
No Guarantee of Educational Outcomes
While we're committed to providing quality education and support, we make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes, skill mastery, career advancement, employment opportunities, or earnings potential. Educational success depends on individual effort, prior knowledge, aptitude, dedication, and factors outside our control. Results vary significantly among participants.
Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tokyo, Japan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Dispute Resolution Procedures
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiations with Interfacia. Contact us describing the issue, and we'll work together to find a mutually acceptable resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Interfacia regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
